First, make sure you're at the admin. area.
When you find a video you want, there are several ways you can get a permalink.
You can pull the link directly from the video.
You can pull the link from the video menu listings.
Or, if you see the video you want in the search results list, you can pull a link from there as well without having to go all the way into the actual video.
