Always double check citations you get from citation generators, even library database citation generators!

There are a lot of citation generators out there, including database citation generators that are built into library databases. These citation generators are great for convenience and they will save you a lot of time, but don't ever assume that the citations created by citation generators are 100% accurate. They always need some sort of correcting before the citations are accurate. Watch this library video on database citations and how to correct them for more information. Also, use the APA Reference Citation Guide on the library handouts page to check the accuracy of the citations. Also, it would be a great idea for you to buy an APA 7th edition manual. That's the source for all things APA. The manual costs about $20 new and the investment you make will save you so much time and frustration in the long run.
