"Remixing" is a term you might hear in OER discussions. Remixing means taking part of an OER source and incorporating into something else, or using a part or bits and pieces of an OER source. Generally, that's fine. But, check the Creative Commons License attached to it first. (See the Creative Commons Licenses tab)
